Newton’s Shred – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Newton’s Shred, we want you stoked with your gear. But if something isn’t right, don’t stress — your rights are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 when you shop online or over the phone with us.
Changing Your Mind
- 
You’ve got 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you want to cancel, return, or swap your item. 
- 
Just hit us up by phone or email before you send anything back. 
The Condition Rule
- 
All returns need to come back in “as new” condition — that means unskated, unworn, and in the same shape you got them. 
- 
If we can tell you’ve taken it for a spin, we’re within our rights to say no to a refund. 
Refunds & Swaps
- 
Once your return lands back with us and passes inspection, we’ll sort your refund or send out your replacement. 
- 
Return shipping’s on you, but we’ll cover the original postage you paid at checkout. 
- 
Want to swap sizes, colours, or models? No problem — just note we’ll charge a small fee to cover sending out the replacement. 
- 
Use a tracked service when sending things back — if it gets lost in the post, we can’t refund it. (Need a courier? We can book one for you and deduct the cost from your refund.) 
No-Return Items 🚫
For safety, hygiene, or because of custom work, we can’t take back:
- 
Helmets, pads, wrist guards, and protective gear once they’ve been tried on. 
- 
Custom completes (where you’ve changed the setup from our standard build). 
- 
Decks that we’ve gripped for you. 
- 
Anything personalised or customised just for you. 
- 
Sale and end-of-season products — these are final clearance, no take-backs.
